Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Europe, excluding United Kingdom, Ukraine, Spain and Romania. The delivery page lists the available destinations.
How do I compare sizes?
Choose a Style on a product page, then open Product Details or How big am I? to view the measurements that have been supplied.
Can I save my favourites?
Use the heart on a product to add it to your Wishlist. Signed-in customers can access their account favourites on another device.
How do Purrks Points work?
Registered customers earn 10 points per €1 of product purchases when an order is completed. Taxes and delivery do not earn points. Refunds adjust the balance.
How do I ask about a return?
Use the Returns enquiry form and include your order number. The team can then find your order and respond to your request.
